1. Estimated Delivery Times and Regions Covered
We deliver across India. Delivery times can differ based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
2. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: An additional shipping charge of INR 50 will be applied to orders under INR 600.
- Free Shipping: Orders above INR 600 qualify for free shipping.
- Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or delivery to remote areas, which will be communicated during checkout.
3.Guidelines for Tracking Shipments
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment status on the courier partner’s website. 4. Conditions for Undelivered or Delayed Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at avikapremiumdesigns@gmail.com or +91 90613 61210. We will look into the matter and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
- For undelivered orders due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.
5.Return Shipping Terms for Refunds or Replacements
In the event of a refund or replacement request, the following return shipping terms apply:
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in other cases.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
